Ben-Zion
Ben-Zion, born Benzion Weinman in 1897 in Starokostiantyniv, Ukraine, was a prominent American artist and writer associated with the Expressionist movement. He immigrated to the United States in 1920, settling in New York City, where he became a founding member of "The Ten," a group of artists who sought to promote modernist art in America.
