Bernardino Fasolo
Bernardino Fasolo was an Italian painter born circa 1489 in Pavia and died in 1526. He was a prominent figure of the High Renaissance, a period characterized by the harmonious balance and idealized forms in art. Fasolo was the son of the painter Giovanni Antonio Fasolo, and he initially trained under his father before developing his own style. His works often reflect the influence of Leonardo da Vinci and other Lombard artists, contributing to the diffusion of Renaissance ideals in Northern Italy. His contributions to the Renaissance movement are recognized for their role in the artistic developments of the early 16th century in Italy.
