Daniel Huntington

Daniel Huntington was an American painter born in 1816 and active until his death in 1906. He was a prominent figure in the Romanticism movement, known for his historical and portrait paintings that often conveyed deep emotional resonance. Huntington studied at the National Academy of Design and later became a professor there, influencing a generation of artists.
