Edwin Dickinson
Edwin Dickinson (1891–1978) was an American painter known for his contributions to the Tonalist and Symbolist movements. Born in Seneca Falls, New York, Dickinson studied at the Art Students League of New York under the tutelage of William Merritt Chase and Charles W. Hawthorne. His work is characterized by its moody atmospheres and introspective themes, often blending realism with dreamlike elements.
