George Henry Hall
George Henry Hall was an American artist born on September 21, 1825, in Manchester, New Hampshire, and he passed away on February 17, 1913, in New York City. Hall was associated with the still life genre, particularly known for his detailed and vibrant depictions of fruit and flowers, which contributed to the popularity of still life painting in the United States during the 19th century. He studied in Düsseldorf and Paris, which influenced his technique and style, aligning him with the Düsseldorf School's emphasis on meticulous detail and realism.
