Christopher Wilmarth was an American sculptor born on June 11, 1943, in Sonoma, California, and he passed away on November 19, 1987, in Brooklyn, New York. He is primarily associated with the Minimalist movement, although his work often transcended strict categorizations, incorporating elements of abstraction and emotional depth.
