Suzanne Duchamp, born in 1889 in France, was a prominent figure in the Dada movement, an avant-garde art movement that emerged in the early 20th century. As the younger sister of the renowned artist Marcel Duchamp, she was part of a family deeply embedded in the art world. Her work often explored themes of modernity and mechanization, reflecting the Dadaist penchant for challenging traditional artistic norms. Duchamp's contributions to the movement were significant, as she participated in key exhibitions and collaborated with other leading Dadaists.
